Team Southpoleflag have made it to the mid-race checkpoint.
Mark, Inge and Simon have made fantastic progress skiing, trudging or
clambering for 12 hours or more each day. They must cover a certain distance
each day to avoid elimination which they have managed to do so far. The going
is very, very tough but they are in good spirits. After a 24 hour break they
will set off on the final leg of the journey. Mark sounds in great form in his latest audio report.
